Sy brings with him a plethora of skills and knowledge that he’s developed over 24 years of training and growing himself.

From the gym floor to studying sports science in Oxford, to continued personal development in lifestyle coaching to functional and trauma release breathwork. Sy is continuously learning and growing in all aspects of mind-body-soul development.
