What has been your favourite moment/highlight of being a PT?

Meeting a client who was convinced that she would never be able to do even a single press up and showing her that, with efficient training and a goal-specific programme, she definitely can! She was so excited and proud of herself, that’s when I realised that little goals are just as important as the big ones.

It’s cheat day! What’s your favourite food to indulge?

Spaghetti Carbonara, or any kind of pasta for that matter.

I moved to London 2013 chasing a dance career, and trained professionally for 3 years. Accepted to the one of UK’s most prestigious performing arts college, I found that the intensive schedule of classes demanded excellent fitness levels and constant injury prevention. I started to explore fitness world and loved it so much that I never looked back! Since joining Third Space my focus has been to continually grow my knowledge and skill set further, and apply it to my Personal Training everyday.
