Endurance Test (90 min)
Gain the insights you need to optimise your training and perform at your best. Whether you’re preparing for competition or striving for peak performance, you’ll have the data to train with precision and achieve more. This advanced series of assessments measures your cardiovascular fitness, oxygen efficiency (VO2 Max), muscle strength, movement mechanics and sweat composition.

Hybrid Athlete Test (90 min)
Tailored for competitive athletes and those training for high-intensity events. Building on the Endurance Test, the Hybrid Athlete Test adds power testing for leg strength – crucial for explosive movements like sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, and 1000m rowing. With assessments covering cardio, strength, movement, and power, fine-tune your training to unlock your full potential in demanding events.

A number of physical tests will be performed on the day, depending on your package selection.
Movement analysis will involve a series of bodyweight movements and exercises performed to the best of your ability.
Power and speed measurements will involve performing specific tests on a force plates. These movements will include jumping, hopping and balancing and will be more strenuous.
VO2 Submaximal test will be performed by lying down, with no physical exercise.
Both VO2 Max and sweat testing analysis involve a single bout of exercise, steadily increasing until maximal capacity. This will be the most taxing part of the assessment and will culminate in full exhaustion.

In the days leading up to your test, you can continue training as normal. However, avoid strenuous cardiovascular exercise and weight training 24 hours before testing, as this may inhibit your performance.

Adequate fuelling and hydration are necessary. Don’t over consume food 2-hours before testing as this may lead to gastrointestinal discomfort.

Please bring a water bottle to the test.
You will be unable to drink during a VO2 Max test as an oxygen analysing mask will be worn, but during recovery, you will need to rehydrate.
Cold water is provided in fountains, but water bottles are required for filling.
