1:1 Bespoke Nutrition Consultation
Working with our Nutritionists, your consultation will include; a food diary and lifestyle habits analysis, a discussion around your goals and nutrition requirements and actionable steps to achieve these.
Our team members are registered with both the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr), ensuring that they possess the knowledge and expertise necessary to provide the best possible service to our clients. Additionally, some of our nutritionists are also ISAK qualified and qualified Personal Trainers, providing an extra level of expertise in the field of sports nutrition and physical performance.
Head of Nutrition Rachel Butcher
With over 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, Rachel specialises in performance nutrition and weight management. Her aim is to empower people to take control of their nutrition choices, to care for their body and achieve lasting results.
Rachel has a degree in Sport Science BSc (hons) and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition MSc. She is registered with the AfN & SENr.
