What’s included in your Transform programme
Tailored sessions
During week 1 of your programme, your PT will run through a body composition assessment and functional movement screening to build a bespoke, evidence-based programme for you. Along with your three weekly PT sessions, your PT will programme additional sessions for you to complete on your own, based on your specific needs.

Following a periodised structure, training intensity will undulate over 12 weeks to deliver maximum results. Record and review your exercise history, track milestones, visualise your progress and access 5 days-a-week support from your trainer in our programming app.

Detailed nutrition guidance
Kick off with an in-depth planning session with your qualified nutrition coach who will support and keep you accountable throughout your programme. Join a weekly online live Q&A session with Third Space Head of Nutrition. Cover themes including travel, socialising and eating out, the impact of sleep and stress on body composition, and eating for hormone health.
