Bio

Alex’s passion for sport and fitness started at the age of 6. Alex’s natural competitiveness led him to a National standard in both swimming and cross country running. In order to get a better understanding standing for exercise mechanics, nutrition and exercise physiology, Alex went on to study Sport and Exercise Science at University to refine his arsenal of expertise, enabling him to help others achieve their health & lifestyle goals.
