Reformer Pilates

One piece of equipment, endless workout opportunities. Our Reformer Pilates studio is the ideal place to focus, with natural light, views of The Wharf and best-in-class instructors.

Swim

Experience the ultimate swim in our 23-metre pool. The latest UV technology works in the same way as intense sunlight to keep the water permanently purified, for a workout that’s kinder to skin, to allergy sufferers and to the environment.

The Yard

London’s largest multi-functional training space. Combining open gym-floor space, expansive multi-function rig and dedicated combat zone.

Train

Set over three floors, this is a fitness lover’s paradise. With the latest cardio equipment and multi-functional rig – welcome to your new playground.

Lift

Set across 10,000 square feet of strength training space: an outstanding range of the latest weight training equipment, including Technogym, Cybex, Precor and Freemotion awaits.

Changing Rooms

Our changing rooms are more boutique hotel than gym. With natural skincare and hair care products, and fluffy towels – finish each workout refreshed, relaxed and ready for the world.

Cycle

A cycle studio like no other. 85 bikes, dynamic lighting, surround sound for an epic experience. Connected IC7 bikes give you more performance data to track your progress.

HiiT Studio

Close the door and block out the distraction – this is where work happens. Home to signature classes The WOD and Formula 3, our new studio features adaptive lighting, surround sound and integrated MyZone technology. Pushing yourself to new limits has never been more enjoyable.

Combat

Welcome to your dedicated combat space. Complete with boxing ring and eight punch bags served by world-class coaches.

Climb

Take your training to new heights. Our 13-metre high climbing wall complete with six auto belays and 25 routes (from 4+ to 7B French grading system) is the perfect way to change up how you exercise. This is the closest thing to a real rock face.

Members Lounge

Connect with like-minded members in our Members’ Lounge – a relaxed space with soft seating and views over Canada Square, perfect for unwinding after a training session.
