Pulse at Third Space

Set to the beat of the music, this low-impact barre workout uses ballet and Pilates inspired isometric strength training techniques to build strength, endurance and flexibility while improving joint mobility and stability. Open to all levels and abilities, including newbies and pre and post-natal members.

Build Strength

Pulse targets and strengthens the lower body and core muscles to provide more stability and better posture whilst improving active flexibility.

Feel the burn

Hold the position and pulse. Isolate specific muscles and fatigue them quicker to increase muscular endurance and build strength.

Pulse to the beat

Music plays a key role in Pulse, focus on the beat and keep moving when your mind tells you to stop. Come for the exercise, stay for the latest house favourites.

“Come for the exercise, stay for the latest house music favourites .”
