Set across 8,000 square feet. The Yard features an expansive gym floor with custom built multi-functional rig. The mezzanine hosts a dedicated combat zone making room for an enlarged free weights area.

The Yard features a variety of cross-training & strongman equipment, a state of the art free-weights area, sleds and sprint tracks, as well as a new performance combat zone and dojo.
With the new space comes a host of new class concepts designed exclusively for The Yard. Yard Strong, Yard WOD and Yard Circuits take centre stage in the main rig area along with Boxing, Kickboxing and Thai Boxing for combat enthusiasts.
Strongman challenges in a stadium atmosphere: it’s a strength class like no other. Expect log bars, farmer carries and more across 10 stations. You’ll blast beyond comfort zones and feel like a champion.
Conquer brutal AMRAPs and Max Calorie efforts in London’s greatest functional playground. 5 teams working across 5 zones using AirBikes, Rowers, Plyo Boxes – the works.
Our signature conditioning circuit brings all the toys to the Yard. 50 people working across 18 stations, a specially curated soundtrack – this is the one to amp up your weekend.
A powerful full body workout, improve your core strength and muscular endurance. A range of Kettlebell exercises hit every major muscle, build power and shred body fat.

Collect a token from concierge to take part in a class and arrive on time
Leave the Yard screens and sound system for instructor use only

Only spar when supervised by a Third Space PT or Instructor

Small Group Training Area
Sometimes have to give priority to classes, small group training and PT’s in this area
Keep all equipment within The Yard and replace it after use
