Personal Training
PTs with a minimum of 2,500 hours of session experience in fitness, nutrition, and wellness. They must be fully qualified personal trainers and many hold a Bachelor’s degree. They take a minimum of 5 days of internal academy education each year and all undertake the Third Space Academy 3 year Personal Trainer Journey.
Our Elite Personal Trainers are industry leaders with over 10,000 hours of experience in fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Many are lifelong athletes, bringing over a decade of practical expertise to their training. Each trainer holds at least a Master’s degree or equivalent certifications. They have successfully completed our rigorous internal Academy framework and have undergone thorough assessments to confirm their status as our top-tier coaches.
