Personal Training
PTs with a minimum of 2,500 hours of session experience in fitness, nutrition, and wellness. They must be fully qualified personal trainers and many hold a Bachelor’s degree. They take a minimum of 5 days of internal academy education each year and all undertake the Third Space Academy 3 year Personal Trainer Journey.
Our Elite Personal Trainers are industry leaders with over 10,000 hours of experience and advanced credentials. Many are lifelong athletes with more than a decade of hands-on expertise. Every trainer holds a Master’s degree or equivalent certification and has completed our rigorous internal Academy to achieve top-tier status.
