Whole body cryotherapy is the stimulating use of extremely low temperatures (-90 degrees C). Each session lasts between 3 to 5 minutes. The cryo chamber works by cooling the entire skin surface of the body, which may help to stimulate of blood circulation, enhance muscle repair through reduced inflammation & increased oxygenated blood flow. It also aids lymphatic detoxification and strengthens the immune and central nervous systems.

The Third Space Recovery Membership is available exclusively to Third Space members. For the time being this membership is available to those whose home club is The Wharf, The Whiteley or Chelsea.

Arrive 10 minutes before your session to check in. For your first session you will have to sign a waiver.
Red Light Therapy
- Skin is clear and free from lotion, oils or makeup
- You may wear a swimsuit or underwear to allow maximum skin exposure, there is space in the room to get changed prior to your session
- Stay well hydrated before and after your session to support recovery
Cryotherapy
- You’ll be provided with protective gloves, socks, and slippers. We recommend wearing underwear or swimwear for maximum skin exposure.
- Stay well hydrated before and after your session to support your recovery
Sound & Vibration Therapy
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for lying down and relaxing
Dry Cryotherapy
- This is a fully dry system, you can remain clothed and recommended to wear activewear
Infrared Sauna
- Bring a swimming costume with you to the treatment to change in to prior to your session
- There is a shower and amenities in the room to be used prior to and after your session
- Stay well hydrated before and after your session to support your recovery

For the best results to support your recovery routine, here is our recommended weekly usage for each treatment.

For individually purchased treatments: Cancelled within 24 hours incurs 50% of the treatment price.
Cancelled on the same day or no show incurs a 100% fee of the treatment price.For unlimited memberships: 3 booked treatments that are missed in a 30-day period will result in a one-week pause on booking capability
