For new members: Third Space doesn’t do inductions. Instead, during a unique 1-hr session, we comprehensively assess where you are physically and create tailored programmes to help you get where you want to be.

Session 1: Assess

A one hour session encompassing:


A discussion of lifestyle
and goals. We listen.


A comprehensive movement assessment to screen for postural imbalances and any areas of weakness. Generic programmes often miss underlying issues which can compromise enjoyment and results.


A biometric scan evaluating body fat, visceral fat, lean muscle mass and hydration or a short workout based on your initial assessment. This not only helps qualify goals, but can also detect underlying health risks. Literally life-saving.

Session 2: Personalised Programme

Your trainer will use this information to develop a personalised programme. This will be delivered to you within 48 hours. Your trainer will run through the programme, technique and training frequency to help you understand and feel ownership.

Meet the trainers

Aaron Shepherd

With a career of more than 7 years spent working in New Zealand, Australia, and now London, Aaron has developed a great understanding of people’s needs and limitations. This continuous learning curve enables him to combine his experiences, knowledge, and ideas, to create tailored training systems for new and existing clients.


David Paquette

David is an elite personal trainer with a difference; he is a conversation based therapist who gets to the root cause of weight loss problems. David is a martial arts combat trainer and two times Muay Thai World Champion, as well as a qualified hypnotherapist and PMA trainer.


Decford Hutchins

Decford has over 20 years of sporting achievements and 15 years experience as a personal trainer. He has been involved in sport from a young age and is proud to have helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals. Decford specialises in body transformation, nutrition, strength and conditioning and circuit training.


Egle Taraskeviciute

Egle has been practising various martial arts for more than 20 years as a hobby. In 2010 she decided to leave her office job to follow her passion in teaching physical activity by embracing a healthy balance between performance driven training, functional fitness and muscle building/fat burning techniques.


Eduardo Goncalves

With 10 years experience in Personal Training, Eduardo is an expert in body transformation alongside strength training, fat loss and nutrition. Being a competitive athlete himself, Eduardo has helped many clients achieve their goals including some professional athletes.


Rois Brown

Rois started weightlifting aged 15, when he developed a keen interest and passion for Powerlifting. He enjoys incorporating lifts into client’s programs as he finds the compound moves essential to enable you to reach your training goals be it weight loss, muscle building, functional movement and so on. He is now training with the ambition of doing his first competition.


Dani Nunes

Dani’s practice is process-driven, habit-based and supportive, backed on science, experience and above all, you. He will put you through your paces - but in a thoughtful manner! It’s difficult to make changes to your fitness and health; he is strategic and implements all the marginal changes necessary for sustainability.


Jud Ekindi

Jud is a former professional basketball player with eight years strength and conditioning coach experience. His focus is on basketball training, strength and conditioning, movement and body sculpting.


Ash Khan

Ash has now turned his sights towards his lifelong goal to help people build the best version of themselves. He brings with him over 13 years of sports experience at a high level in football, boxing, powerlifting and olympic weightlifting. He has been a personal trainer for 7 years with a growing popularity amongst sport and fitness circles.


Henry Howe

A Personal Trainer and musculoskeletal Osteopath, Henry has a reputation for building stronger, more resilient bodies. He is a Tier 2 Personal Trainer at our Canary Wharf club, and is currently the only qualified healthcare professional at this level.


Michael Calvin

Having worked with everyone from professional footballers to chart topping artists you might just see an article of his or a shoot in your monthly fitness magazine. He prides himself on goal driven results and is perfectly placed to help everyone create the body they have always desired.

Via blood sample, receive a fu ll report and recommendations on how to address any minor imbalances through diet, exercise and stress management or, if appropriate, bio-identical hormones. Includes adrenal stress testing.
