For new members: Third Space doesn’t do inductions. Instead, during a unique 1-hr session, we comprehensively assess where you are physically and create tailored programmes to help you get where you want to be.

Session 1: Assess

A one hour session encompassing:

Listen

A discussion of lifestyle
and goals. We listen.

Movement

A comprehensive movement assessment to screen for postural imbalances and any areas of weakness. Generic programmes often miss underlying issues which can compromise enjoyment and results.

Scan

A biometric scan evaluating body fat, visceral fat, lean muscle mass and hydration or a short workout based on your initial assessment. This not only helps qualify goals, but can also detect underlying health risks. Literally life-saving.

Session 2: Personalised Programme

Your trainer will use this information to develop a personalised programme. This will be delivered to you within 48 hours. Your trainer will run through the programme, technique and training frequency to help you understand and feel ownership.

Meet the trainers

Rory Campbell

Rory comes from a Rugby background, representing Loughborough University in both Rugby Union and Rugby League, reaching the BUCs national final in the latter. As a Sports Science graduate Rory applies his knowledge and experience of strength and conditioning in the sporting world to every client. He believes that by building a strong foundation in the gym each client can take on any challenge, enjoy the rest life has to offer and look good doing it.

Lisa Rose

Lisa Rose has been at Third Space since it opened in 2001. She is widely recognised as a specialist in posture, core stability and functional movement. Lisa also has expertise in exercise training before and after pregnancy and is a birth educator.

Through his experience in professional football, Loui understands what it takes to achieve an elite level of physical performance. He is able to adjust his style and training methods to help his clients transform their bodies whether it's to build muscle, lose body fat or improve physical performance.

Gerson is a sport specific trainer and who specialises in corrective training. He is currently studying Sport Rehabilitation BSc and prides himself on continuous study to keep up to date with modern training and rehab techniques.

Francesca has an athletic and dance background, beginning her career in group exercise before becoming a PT. She specialises in weight loss and aesthetic training and nutrition and has a real passion on educating/introducing women to weight training.

Bryan comes from a multi-sport background, ranging from Tennis, Football and Thai Boxing. Currently a Track & Field Athlete in the 60-100 meter events and has over 5 years of experience as a personal trainer.

Lorcan Loughrey

After having competed at National level, Lorcan coached swimmers for the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. Lorcan now helps people of all abilities and ages to achieve their goals, ranging from non-swimmers, beginners through to elite swimming, triathlon and open water swimming.

Stu comes from an athletic and military background, having achieved the elite levels of fitness needed to become a Royal Marine Commando in 2006. As an STO registered Sports Therapist his approach looks to combine in-depth knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology with the mentality of a marine to produce injury proof athletes.

Felisa specialises in chronic conditions, chronic injuries, postural correction, pregnancy and special population. She helps clients lose weight, tone up and sculpt their body through muscle activation. Her aim is to create a more vital and positive connection between her clients and their bodies, by understanding their personal needs and helping them to change their habits.
