Out/Set

For new members: Third Space doesn’t do inductions. Instead, during a unique 1-hr session, we comprehensively assess where you are physically and create tailored programmes to help you get where you want to be.

Session 1: Assess

A one hour session encompassing:

Listen

A discussion of lifestyle
and goals. We listen.

Movement

A comprehensive movement assessment to screen for postural imbalances and any areas of weakness. Generic programmes often miss underlying issues which can compromise enjoyment and results.

Scan

A biometric scan evaluating body fat, visceral fat, lean muscle mass and hydration or a short workout based on your initial assessment. This not only helps qualify goals, but can also detect underlying health risks. Literally life-saving.

Session 2: Personalised Programme

Your trainer will use this information to develop a personalised programme. This will be delivered to you within 48 hours. Your trainer will run through the programme, technique and training frequency to help you understand and feel ownership.

Sarah Armstrong

Sarah has a strong passion for health and fitness and helping people achieve their goals. Through her education and experience she has developed a wide range of skills which enable her to design tailored training programs. She has previous experience working on improving the performance of sports teams and individual athletes.

Harry's Royal Marine’s background helped him find his love for helping rehabilitation and injury prevention, to allow his clients to achieve their personal sporting and health objectives. He is distinguished in injury prevention, strength and endurance training.

Suzan is a qualified yoga expert who has been practicing for more than 15 years. She specialises in Hatha yoga, rehabilitation of injuries, corrective stretching, core stability and postural alignment. She is also a Thai massage therapist, Pilates instructor and nutritional advisor.

With 5 years’ experience in the fitness industry, from body sculpting to calisthenics and building functional strength, Matt is very focused in tailoring his training to each client, making sure every target is not just achieved but hit to the highest level.

Felisa Vicente

Felisa specialises in chronic conditions, chronic injuries, postural correction, pregnancy and special population. She helps clients lose weight, tone up and sculpt their body through muscle activation. Her aim is to create a more vital and positive connection between her clients and their bodies, by understanding their personal needs and helping them to change their habits.

Kamil is a qualified sports rehabilitator and personal trainer with years of experience with professional and semi-professional athletes. He has now turned his attention to sharing his experience with the general public and helping them achieve the results they desire.

Tim Joseph

Tim is Head of Personal Training at Canary Wharf and has over 15,000 PT hours experience. He is a UK champion and record holder in kettlebell sport, and he runs London's only kettlebell sport club. His specialty is in functional strength training, and no matter where your start point is, he will help build a stronger, fitter, more supple you.
