Combining academic knowledge with a passion for high-intensity strength and conditioning, her training approach is driven by evidence-based principles and real-world application. She is also a qualified swim instructor to support clients in developing confidence and efficiency in the water.

Tammy coaches clients across all levels, from complete beginners building confidence in the gym through to experienced individuals and athletes looking to train with greater intent and performance focus. She supports clients in getting stronger, improving performance, and building long-term health through structured, evidence-based programming that remains approachable and enjoyable. With a background in competitive swimming and team sport environments, she understands both the foundations of movement and the demands of athletic training. Tammy also works as a swim PT, helping clients develop water confidence, technique, and efficiency. Above all, she prioritises creating a welcoming and supportive gym floor environment where every client feels comfortable, encouraged, and empowered to progress at their own pace.
