With a background in Human Biology and over four years in the fitness industry, Natasha delivers training that is evidence-based, effective, and enjoyable. She specialises in women’s health, strength training, and beginner coaching, helping clients build confidence and strong training foundations.
She also has a strong understanding of how factors like the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and hormonal changes influence training, allowing her to tailor sessions to support each client’s body and goals.
