Bio

Martyna’s journey with fitness started with being a competitive swimmer & dancer, then discovering the benefits of weight training through CrossFit classes. Her own training is centred around hypertrophy and strength but uses a tailored approach to suit each client and their level and needs, enabling them to train sustainably.
