With a first-class degree in Health, Nutrition and Exercise Science and a current MSc in Strength and Conditioning, Jess brings an approach that is precise, current, and evidence-based to every client she works with. She believes the best coaching begins with influence, not instruction. Having navigated the demands of athletic training with endometriosis and worked with athletes across community to elite sport, Jess understands bodies under pressure in all their complexity, and that no two bodies respond to training, recovery, and stress in the same way. Her coaching is informed as much by lived experience as academic study. Every programme is as individual as the person and the purpose it is built for.
