Charlie believes that every body is capable of more than it thinks; and has the experience to prove it. Whilst Bodybuilding with scoliosis alongside a series of joint injuries, he has a particular passion for helping others overcome the physical and mental barriers of each individual, or simply building the confidence to show up and feel at home on the gym floor.
