Cherry Coconut Overnight Oats

Serves: 1


1/2 a cup of gluten free oats

1/2 a cup of almond milk

2 tbsp of yogurt

1/2 scoop of NFF vanilla whey protein

1 tsp of date syrup (or liquid sweetener of choice)

5 strawberries

5 cherries

1 tbsp of flaked coconut


  1. Mix the gluten free oats, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla whey protein and date syrup in a small bowl and leave in your fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, pour your oats from the bowl into a glass.
  3. In a separate small bowl crush the strawberries and cherries using a fork.
  4. Pour your compote into the glass, over the oats and then sprinkle over the flaked coconut.
