This Privacy Notice specifically relates to data collected in the course of your Third Space Escapes booking. Please see Third Space Privacy Notice for more information on; your rights as a data subject and what Third Space do with your personal data, how and why.
Who is responsible for your data?
Third Space Escapes are run in conjunction with Sunny Side Up. All data collected in the course of your booking (aside from payment details, which are dealt with directly by Sunny Side Up) will be shared between both parties in order to; facilitate your booking, meet any additional needs and train you safely.
Categories of data we collect and categories of third party your data will be shared with;
- Arrival information & name – with transport providers
- Name, room standard, and dietary restriction – with accommodation partners
- Name & health concerns*/dietary restrictions – with activity and/or meal providers
- Payment processing directly with Sunny Side Up payment provider, Stripe (Privacy Policy – here)
- To provide Financial Failure insurance as required of Tour Operators by UK Law (see more on Sunny Side Up Terms & Conditions – here)
Communication
You will be given the option to opt out of marketing communications from Third Space in all communications and Sunny Side Up will request your marketing preferences when you visit their website during the booking process. However, both parties will still use your contact details to communicate with you regarding your Third Space Escape booking.
Other
We will share images and videos of our Third Space Escapes on our social media platforms. Please be aware that if you take part, you may be included in these. Please let a member of the team know in advance if you do not wish to be featured in any of this content.
Third Space will record your participation in our Third Space Escape, along with any feedback, to help; personalise your profile and develop future Third Space Escapes.
*Special categories of personal data
In the course of facilitating your Third Space Escape, we may collect information that is considered “special categories of personal data” eg completion of a health questionnaire prior to training. We only collect this information where; you have given your explicit consent, it is necessary to protect your vital interests, or you have deliberately made it public. If you do not allow us to process this special category data, it may mean we’re unable to provide all elements of your Third Space Escape.
