Day 1

Meet the Third Space team who will be guiding you through your Escape. Stretch out tense muscles and work up a sweat in a partner based workout with Luke Barnsley. Then set your intention for the retreat in a restorative yoga session followed by an introduction to meditation with Clare Walters.

Day 2

Wake up with a morning run to get you ready for a 5 mile hike through the Ourika Valley. Take in the surrounding nature and recharge with lunch at a local berber house, trying authentic Moroccan food. Wind down with Theragun myofascial release & recovery led by Luke B, followed by a restorative evening vinyasa yoga session with Clare. The day comes to an end with an opportunity for nutrition consultations & talks.

Day 3

Choose between a morning run or meditation before kicking off with a morning HIIT session with Luke B. Day 3 sees you learn how to cook wholesome Moroccan food using local ingredients followed by an afternoon animal flow masterclass. Dedicate your afternoon to the practice of Yin yoga with Clare Walters and ease out tired muscles with an ancient berber hammam & spa.

Day 4

The morning run or meditation will awaken your body for a hike through the hills to the village of Taourirte. Focus and align in an arm balance inversion masterclass followed by an animal flow session. Get your heart beat going with an afternoon HIIT session and ease into the evening with a myofascial release and recovery session.

Day 5

The final day sees an opportunity for one more run to take in the stunning surrounding area of the Atlas mountains, or a balancing meditation session. Sunrise yoga & stretch session followed by meditation gives you time to reflect on your time in Morocco. Transfer to the airport taken care of, you can arrive back home restored and refreshed.

The Hotel

Standing in the exceptionally beautiful landscape of the Atlas Mountains, is Kasbah Bab Ourika. Stunning views await, looking down to the river, green fields and groves of olives, oranges and lemons, and up to the dazzling snowy mountain peaks above. Relax in individually decorated rooms with their own terraces or unwind by the secluded swimming pool. Above all, the Kasbah offers peace and relaxation in spectacular surroundings.


After we train, we re-fuel, and there is no better place than at the Kasbah. Sourcing only the freshest organic ingredients from the hotel’s own garden and local nearby market, all meals are nutritionally balanced and delicious. Plus, it wouldn’t be a Third Space Escape without your favourite Natural Fitness Food Shakes, freshly prepared to give your body the energy it needs to recover and perform.
