Traditional Reformer Pilates

Teaser on Reformer

An authentic blend of classical Pilates exercises and contemporary variations. Using spring tension to support and challenge you, expect to stretch, strengthen and tone in this full-body workout.

Feel better

As a holistic exercise system, Pilates is designed to elongate and strengthen the body, build a strong core and improve posture.

Perform better

Helping to support you in the sports you love most (and prevent injury) be it running, cycling, swimming, weight-training, golf, or tennis. Everyone benefits from the functional workout system of Reformer Pilates.

"Our Pilates Instructors will empower you to feel stronger and move better."

James Shaw, Master Trainer
