Traditional Tower Pilates classes are an authentic blend of classical Pilates exercises and contemporary variations.

FAQs

  • Grip socks are mandatory in all Reformer and Tower Pilates classes. This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and performance during your workout. Please bring your own grip socks, or you can purchase a pair at the club before your class.

  • Our Traditional Tower Pilates class is designed to accommodate all levels of abilities including pre & post-natal members or those who are recovering from injuries by providing continued progressions and regressions as and when needed.
