Ellie Lovegrove
Ellie is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a passion for helping people return to peak performance, whether in sport, work, or the performing arts. A Londoner of 20 years, Ellie holds two degrees – a First-class BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy from City St George’s, University of London, and a BMus(hons) from the Royal College of Music, London.

Ellie has gained a wealth of MSK experience across both NHS and private practice settings, and enjoys using hands-on techniques and strength & conditioning to support patients through the full spectrum of MSK care—from acute injuries and post-operative rehabilitation to the management of long-term conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Ellie also enjoys working closely with athletes of all levels, devising bespoke rehabilitation programmes to support effective and lasting return to sport.
Prior to training as a Physiotherapist, Ellie spent 15 years as a professional classical musician, performing with some of the world’s leading artists and orchestras, including the BBC Orchestras, English National Ballet, Sister Sledge, and in London’s West End. From this, Ellie has a unique understanding of the physical demands and injury challenges faced by elite performers, and can provide specialised assessment and treatment for musicians and performing artists.
When she isn’t in clinic, Ellie enjoys weightlifting, gardening, and playing an ever-growing collection of guitars.
