Marek started to train to gain muscle and improve his physique. After learning how to build his physique up he decided to become a personal trainer. Along the way he has gained some weight and stopped training. After that he needed to lose around 10kg of excess weight. He went through process of building muscle and losing fat himself. Now he is helping his clients on their fat loss or muscle building journey.
