Olympic Weightlifting comes to The Yard. Improve technique and efficiency by learning the fundamentals of the Clean & Jerk and Snatch, with accessory work and supplemental lifts. Periodised over 6 weeks, leaving you ready to tacklesome big lifts. Suitable for all levels.
