EDUCATE

Our PTs are trained through Third Space Academy, a unique 3-year program created with stress and resilience experts to help our trainers reach their full potential, so that you can reach yours.

EMPOWER

In consultation with our Executive Wellness Council, we continuously develop our PTs through regular education, so they can confidently use the latest science and tools to help you reach peak performance.
