With over 12 years of experience in the field, Luke specialises in Weight loss, Strength and Conditioning, Movement Culture, Boxing, and Bio Hacking.

Luke was hit by a truck at the age of 12 and spent 3 months rehabilitating in hospital.
His accident is what gave him the motivation to pursue his fitness journey. Never letting any physical restriction discourage him from not only challenging himself, but also achieving what many thought wouldn’t be possible.

Luke believes in movement for all areas of life and incorporates dynamic movements that encourage greater physical freedom, as well as traditional strength training, to elicit transformations that focus on helping people to look and feel their best.

Supporting clients to get into a peak state, Luke adopts an holistic approach to training, that not only helps people to optimise their physical abilities, but also supports their mental well-being.
