Jake specialises in helping busy men and women move beyond pain, injury and inconsistency to achieve long-term results that fit realistically around their lifestyle.

Drawing from his background in strength and conditioning alongside his experience as a former amateur boxer, Jake combines structured training, sustainable nutrition and behaviour change coaching to help clients improve both physically and mentally.

His coaching philosophy centres around building lasting habits rather than relying on quick fixes. Whether the goal is fat loss, increased strength, improved performance or simply feeling healthier and more confident, Jake creates personalised plans that deliver sustainable progress while fitting around the demands of everyday life.

With a motivating and supportive approach, Jake helps clients develop stronger bodies, greater discipline and long-term confidence both inside and outside the gym.
