Jack’s own health journey, from being overweight to rebuilding his fitness gives him a unique understanding of the challenges many clients face. With over nine years of experience as a Personal Trainer, he brings empathy, energy, and a behaviour-focused approach to coaching, helping clients create lasting change both inside and outside the gym.
