Amy discovered a passion for training in 2013, which marked the beginning of a transformative journey toward a healthier mindset around fitness, nutrition, and self-care. Amy’s training journey began with basic strength training, and then quickly evolved as she found a love for CrossFit and hybrid style training.

Over the past five years, Amy has coached a diverse range of clients in her hometown Perth, Western Australia, supporting individuals with varied lifestyles, goals, and abilities. Now based in London, Amy continues this journey, helping clients achieve remarkable physical results such as fat loss, muscle gain, improved strength, and enhanced mobility. Beyond the physical, Amy has a passion for fostering positive mental changes, guiding clients to develop a healthy relationship with themselves, their training, and their nutrition.
