Abby’s journey in physiotherapy began at Keele University, where she earned her degree and gained early experience working with a wide range of sports teams, as well as through the University’s AU Sports Clinic. After graduating, she moved to London and joined King’s College Hospital during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, completing her Band 5 rotations and developing a strong clinical foundation across multiple specialisms.
Following her time at King’s, Abby transitioned to private practice at the renowned Isokinetic Clinic. There, she specialised in sports rehabilitation, injury recovery, ski-injury prevention, and helping athletes return to their sport stronger and more resilient. Now at Ultra Sports, Third Space, Abby is committed to bringing that same high level of expertise and individualised care to all her clients, helping them not only to recover but to perform at their very best.
