Snickers Protein Energy Balls

Serves: 45 energy balls

Ingredients:

250g salted roasted peanuts

150g dark chocolate 70%

300g pitted dates

280g almond milk

50g coconut oil

100g chia seeds

300g chocolate whey protein

 

Method:

  1. Place the salted peanuts and the dark chocolate into your food processor and blend until combined, then transfer into a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend the pitted medjool dates and almond milk into a paste and add to the mixing bowl.
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls, place them on a tray and pop into the fridge to set.
