Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries & strawberries
½ frozen banana
1 tsp nut butter (I used almond)
1/2 scoop NFF vanilla whey protein powder
50ml milk of your choice.
To serve:
Fresh blueberries
Chia seeds
Sliced strawberry
A small drizzle of nut butter
Pumpkin seeds
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth but still thick.
Spoon into a bowl and serve topped with fresh berries seeds and a little nut butter.
