Chocolate & Avocado Mousse Recipe

Makes: 4 servings



28g raw cacao powder

127g avocado

160g coconut milk

59g medjool dates

28g agave



  1. Cut your avocado in half and remove the stone.
  2. Scrape all the flesh into a food processor.
  3. Remove the stones from the medjool dates and add to the food processor.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mousse into small glasses and place in the fridge for at least one hour to chill and set.
