28g raw cacao powder
160g coconut milk
59g medjool dates
- Cut your avocado in half and remove the stone.
- Scrape all the flesh into a food processor.
- Remove the stones from the medjool dates and add to the food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mousse into small glasses and place in the fridge for at least one hour to chill and set.
