With over four years of experience in musculoskeletal care, Harriet has treated a wide range of conditions from sporting injuries to post-surgical and chronic pain. She has worked with the European Transplant Olympic Games, various cycling events, a professional football club, and spent two winter seasons in Verbier, Switzerland, treating skiing and non-sporting injuries.

Bio
Harriet, originally from the Lake District, has always been passionate about the outdoors and adventure. She earned her BSc in Medical Physiology from the University of Manchester in 2019, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Oxford. In addition, she obtained a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Soft Tissue and Remedial Sports Therapy.
During her time in the Swiss Alps, Harriet sustained a severe arm injury that required intensive surgery and rehabilitation. Now fully recovered—thanks to physiotherapy—Harriet considers this an invaluable experience that has only deepened her passion for physiotherapy and helping others, giving her a unique empathetic perspective on patient care and recovery.
Outside the clinic, Harriet is always seeking new challenges and adventures. She is an avid runner who seizes any opportunity to return to the mountains or the coast. Harriet loves surfing, snowboarding, and has competed in triathlons and long-distance trail races. She also enjoys painting and exploring her creative side in her free time.
