Amandine earned a Master of Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (London) and then completed an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine while gaining clinical experience. Now pursuing a PhD at Queen Mary University of London, her research focuses on hormones and physical activity in women with ADHD. She believes integrating personalised exercises and lifestyle guidance into her treatment is important for lasting impact.
