Trevor’s experience is based in elite fitness clubs, he has monitored and worked with semi pro rugby players, Amateur boxing and Professional and semi pro athletes. With a robust portfolio of qualifications pertaining mainly to nutrition, he focuses on further education in the field of Sports and Performance Nutrition. Helping clients through tough lifestyle changes to realise their goals such as increasing and sustaining high performance in all sports, body composition changes and physical demanding activities, from recreational to elite athletes.
