What is your pre and post work out go to food?

Bananas, gives enough energy without bloating. A nice big bowl of salad topped up with prawns or chicken, again light and nutritious

What has been your favourite moment/highlight of being a PT?

A lady with severe scoliosis crying with happiness after her first session when she had managed to move her spine safely and without pain in 30 years! I will never forget the hug she gave me

When you aren’t working out, what are you doing?

I love playing the piano, cycling, climbing, meeting friends and planning my next trip by a white beach for my holidays scuba diving

Trainer Bio

Suzan is passionate about yoga and helping people change their lives. She believes that change is the key to happiness; yoga is the change. Suzan is from Cyprus where sports weren’t a part of her life. After moving to London, she discovered the benefits of Yoga and a healthy lifestyle. What started as a hobby soon became her profession. Before this she had been had been working at several educational establishments as a sound engineer. Recently she decided to change her career to become a full time Yoga instructor for a better quality and rewarding life.
