Having studied Sports and Exercise Science (BSc) at University, it was this that developed Michael’s passion for the practical side of the industry, leading him to go down the Strength and Conditioning route. Michael furthered his knowledge and understanding of different training principles and systems, having completed his MSc in Strength and Conditioning, giving him a great understanding of individual’s needs, and how to tailor each programme to suit those needs. Michael also worked with Charlton Athletic Football Club first team, in a Strength and Conditioning role, assisting playing both in and out of the gym.
