Trainer Bio

Joe served 17 years as a Military Physical Training Instructor, specialising in Exercise
Rehabilitation. As a Commando trained instructor, he has vast transferable experience in
endurance conditioning. Joe coached Basketball for 10 years and thrives off delivering a
good group exercise class. Getting results and objectively measuring progress whilst
enjoying the process is his approach.
