Greg sees himself as more of a sports performance coach than a personal trainer. Having been raised in a competitive martial arts family, Greg studied and competed in full contact arts from a young age and travelled around the world, developing his knowledge and coaching skills within the sport.

With over 19 years’ experience working in the fitness industry, Greg has trained and conditioned professional fighters across various disciplines, leading them to win medals and trophies at national and international levels.
After studying sports at college, Greg has worked as a Master Trainer, he has trained personal trainers and gym managers, teaching them how to design and deliver tailor-made workouts and fitness concepts within their own business. He has always been a strong swimmer and has been very successful working as a Dive Master and beach life guard which has also allowed him to travel, and has lots of experience incorporating this aspect into the sports coaching sessions.
