Florence’s early years were shaped by her national cheerleading competition experience. After pausing her competitive career, she shifted her focus to her studies, dedicating four years to body composition, nutrition, and aesthetics with the goal of becoming a wellness athlete in female bodybuilding. Today, Florence specializes in functional training, emphasizing kettlebells, calisthenics, and mobility.
