Claire’s passion for sport and fitness began over 20 years ago as a Group Exercise Instructor and is a former British Kickboxing Champion. She won her first bodybuilding competition at 42 years-young. Fascinated by the body transformation process, Claire continues to expand her education in nutrition, training and tailoring her knowledge to support everyday clients with attaining a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle.
