Fundamental Tower Pilates is perfect for anyone new to Tower, recovering from injury or wanting a slower pace class.

This is a beginner-level class and will help to familiarise yourself with the foundational Pilates movement patterns, moving around the Tower apparatus and how to orientate yourself on and off the apparatus.
