Passionate about communicating practical nutrition and health messages in a way that can be understood, implemented and sustained; her aim is to empower you to take control of your nutrition choices, to care for your body and achieve lasting results. There is no one size fits all when it comes to health or fitness goals, and the same applies to nutrition – we all have different needs, so the approach should be as individual as we are.

Rachel works with individuals to optimally nourish their body while working on habit change and nutrition education to achieve their goals and ultimately improve their decision making and accountability for long-term success.

Rachel has a BSc (hons) in Sport Science and a MSc degree in Human Nutrition. She is registered with the Association for Nutrition (ANutr) and the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr).
