Liv is a professionally trained ballerina who went on to qualify as a First-Class Physiotherapist at St George’s, University of London. She has extensive experience working in West End musical theatre, specialising in the assessment and treatment of dancers, actors, and musicians.

Alongside her theatre work, Liv has spent the past five years in private practice, specialising in post-operative rehabilitation of upper and lower limb injuries, working together with consultants to deliver excellent patient care. Having experienced injuries throughout her own dance career, Liv has a strong appreciation for the physical and psychological demands of recovery. She is particularly passionate about hands-on treatment and personalised rehabilitation programmes, supporting patients in returning to performance and optimising long-term outcomes.
