Jamaal’s love for sport led him to pursue a career in strength and conditioning. With a master’s degree in the field, following a bachelor’s in sports science, his early career focused on enhancing athletic performance. Combining these principles with experience in small group personal training, he developed a passion for helping working professionals. His goal is to help everyone train effectively, perform at their best, and prioritise wellbeing.
