Afterburner – Functional High Intensity Training

Don’t think, just sweat. Using functional movements in a partnered circuit format with a variety of equipment, take your fitness to new levels. A high-intensity class that pushes EPOC (excess post-oxygen consumption) so that your body keeps working even after the session has finished.

All levels welcome

Suitable for all, from newbies to seasoned pros. Your trainer will spend time demonstrating how to perform the moves correctly to prevent injury and get the most from the class.

Varied movements

Battle ropes, assault bikes and TRX are just some of the pieces equipment used in Afterburner to vary the workout. Who said exercise wasn’t supposed to be fun?

Burn calories after class

By working at high intensity, Afterburner torches calories. This creates an oxygen debt, which means your body continues to burn calories long after class.
