Coconut Milk Chia Pudding

Serves: 1


1/2 cup or 120ml of coconut milk

1/2 cup or 120ml unsweetened almond milk

1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract

1/4 cup or 60ml of chia seeds

1 handful of blueberries


  1. Combine the coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla extract and chia seeds in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Pour mixture into two small glasses or jars and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. Take out in the morning and sprinkle over fresh blueberries to garnish.
