Ingredients:
1/2 cup or 120ml of coconut milk
1/2 cup or 120ml unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1/4 cup or 60ml of chia seeds
1 handful of blueberries
Method:
- Combine the coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla extract and chia seeds in a small mixing bowl.
- Pour mixture into two small glasses or jars and place in the fridge overnight.
- Take out in the morning and sprinkle over fresh blueberries to garnish.
